Privacy Policy

This website, remotecleaningschool.com, is run by Remote Cleaning School LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect very little, and we never sell it.

Information we collect

  • When you sign up for the weekly answer email: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We also record which sign-up form you used (for example, the homepage or a blog post), so we know which parts of the site are useful.
  • When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
  • When you visit the site: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not run advertising trackers, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use information

  • To send you the weekly answer email you signed up for, and occasional news from Remote Cleaning School, which may include our own products when they are available.
  • To reply to your messages.
  • To run, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

The site itself does not set cookies. It saves one small note in your browser (local storage) to remember that you closed the email sign-up box, so it doesn't keep popping up. That note never leaves your device.

Video preview images load from YouTube's image servers. The video player itself is embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only loads when you press play. Once a video loads, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Services we use

Links to our Facebook group, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
  • See, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing bryan@remotecleaningschool.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's or country's privacy laws. Contact us and we'll help.

How long we keep information

We keep your email address while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it, except where we must keep a record by law (for example, a record that you asked not to be emailed).

Security

We use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This site is for adults interested in running a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the weekly email.
